The Wiregrass Biennial is a juried competition open to all artists living and working in the South over 18 years of age. Eligible states include Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia and West Virginia. All work must be original and completed within the last three years. We are seeking innovative and progressive work that utilizes a diversity of art forms and media. Additionally, we encourage large works, installations, and new media, and will also consider performance-based work in conjunction with the exhibition opening.
There is no fee to submit work to B20: Wiregrass Biennial.
B20: Wiregrass Biennial has been made possible by grants from the Alabama State Council on the Arts and the National Endowment for the Arts.
